Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges on any cosmetics or beauty products unless the item arrives damaged or is incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your request and, if approved, arrange a replacement or another suitable resolution.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please ensure your shipping address and order details are correct before completing your purchase.
